1. The nominations for Popular CEO of the year – Public Choice is made from the nominations list received online from our website.
  2. The nominations are made by independent individuals and event organizers hold no so responsibility for the nominations.
  3. The Popular CEO of the year – Public Choice will be awarded to the participants receiving highest number of votes.
  4. The vote count will be 50:50 where 50% of the votes will be from online and 50% from SMS.
  5. Each voter can vote multiple times via SMS and online. However, in the case of online the voter can only vote once a day.
  6. The voting is open to all the citizens of Nepal.
  7. The voting will begin from 4th March 2018 and will end on 13th March 2018 12:00pm. Votes received post 13th March 2018 12:00pm will be disqualified.
  8. If, for any reason, the online voting system fails, the vote may be suspended or a contingency plan may be actioned.
  9. The organizers reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this event at any time.
  10. The organizers cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any on-line system, server, and provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
  11. Please note that any staff member from organizers or anyone who is directly connected in any way with the production of the event is not eligible to vote.
  12. The organizer will only use your personal data for purposes of running this event.
